So I love kiwi fruit, in fact its one of my favorite fruits. It's super high in vitamin C actually more than double that of an orange. Its a source of rare fat free form of vitamin E its high in serotonin which boosts, memory, mood, learning, and also helps regulate your appetite. It also has a bit more potassium than a banana and contains magnesium and fiber. WATCH BELOW ON HOW TO EASILY PEEL A KIWI!!!!!!
