I love activated charcoal right now! Drink it! Use it in a mask! Use it to whiten your teeth oh and so much more! My absolute favorite use of it is in a mask!
Buy one of my home masks here! I was recently introduced to Activated Charcoal by Pressed Juicery. I saw their Activated charcoal honey lavender lemon refresher (Charcoal Lemonade) on Instagram on my explore page and was intrigued by the color. When I went in to purchase one $6.5 USD in DTLA I was told that its great at absorbing toxins, from alcohol and eating unhealthy foods and also relieves bloating. Upon further research I found out many things such as the use of it in masks. Ive used the Origins and SuperMud by GlamGlow masks through the years with out even realizing that it contained activated charcoal, those products work great by the way! I found out that its even used to treat overdosed patients in the E.R. ... once I found that out I felt that if its used medically it must be legit! Oh, and Activated Charcoal capsules are readily available sold at most drug stores in the supplement department. ...well, its used to whiten teeth, on bites, acne treatments, busting out black heads and for much more. I found a recipe on Pinterest that was similar to the SuperMud indigence. I did a variation on it one because Ill admit I was being a little bit cheap...and 2 I forgot to purchase Chamomile tea and had to use the green tea that I had at home. Ingredients: 1/4 th cup Bentonite Clay 7-10 Capsules of Charcoal 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil 1 Tbsp Aloe Vera 99.9 gel( or fresh) 3 drops Eucalyptus Oil 4 oz Green Tea You can purchase all or most of these ingredients at stores such as Whole Foods and or any regular grocery store. Directions: Its pretty simple... 1. Mix your clay with your charcoal. 2. Separately mix your aloe with your tea, and your eucalyptus oil drops 3. Add your coconut oil to the clay and charcoal and then add the other ingredients. Keep extra tea on hand in case you want a less thick consistency. 4. Stir together well. 5. Put in the fridge let it cool for at least 20 minutes and its ready to use! Store it in the fridge! Oh, and for the results, my skin came out super smooth clear and moisturized. I got a bunch of compliments on my skin while out and about after the mask application. Feel free to share your results in the comments below

So I love kiwi fruit, in fact its one of my favorite fruits. It's super high in vitamin C actually more than double that of an orange. Its a source of rare fat free form of vitamin E its high in serotonin which boosts, memory, mood, learning, and also helps regulate your appetite. It also has a bit more potassium than a banana and contains magnesium and fiber. WATCH BELOW ON HOW TO EASILY PEEL A KIWI!!!!!! Hello all. Turmeric isn't my favorite flavor on earth...Although I do love curry. The reason turmeric is my item of the month is because recently I discovered the turmeric, lemon, and coconut H2O shots from Pressed Juicery for $2.5.(pictured right) I have always had turmeric here and there whether its in my kombucha or other beverages. I never really loved the taste but in the Pressed Juicery shot form its so easy to take down. There is something about turmeric that makes me feel invigorated and just well over all. I have used it in masks and turmeric anything(juice, shot) is great after a work out and if you're feeling muscle soreness over all due to its anti inflammatory qualities. As you can see in the images below there are many benefits. My top favorite benefits are:
